What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

MOQ is 100 pieces for most standard labels. For custom boxes, MOQ starts at 500 pieces. Rush orders may have different MOQ — contact us for details.

How long is production time?

Standard production is 3-7 working days after artwork confirmation. Express service (2-3 days) is available for urgent orders at a small surcharge.

Do you provide free digital proof?

Yes! We provide a free digital proof before production starts. Once you approve the proof, we begin printing.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept AI, PDF, CDR, SVG, EPS and high-resolution PNG (300 DPI). Our design team can also help adjust your artwork if needed.

What are the shipping options?

We ship via DHL, FedEx and UPS. Delivery takes 3-7 days worldwide. For large orders, sea freight is available at lower cost.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer, PayPal, and Western Union. 30% deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment.

Can I get a sample before bulk order?

Yes, we provide free sample rolls for material testing (customer pays shipping). For custom die-cut samples, there is a small die cost of $30-$50.

Do you offer OEM/ODM service?

Absolutely. We are a factory with 15+ years experience. We support full OEM/ODM: custom size, shape, material, adhesive, finishing and packaging.
