Because all our labels are custom-printed to your artwork and specifications, we do not accept returns or refunds for correctly produced orders. Please carefully review the digital proof before approving production.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will reprint the order or provide a full replacement at no cost.
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Once printing has started, cancellation may incur material costs. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order.
